Shipping Information

All standard orders ship within 5-7 business days. ( This does not include orders that participate in SALES )

 

APO/FPO/ and DPO Military Addresses: 

All shipments to APO/FPO/and DPO addresses are able to choose their own form of shipping. Due to

Military handling processes, the delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

 

Shipping Addresses:

Please be sure to provide the precise street address/P.O. box, city, state, and zip code information. Remember to fully spell out everything in your address. This will help to prevent any errors in shipping.

You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in the address confirmation step of the check-out process.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We currently do not ship to more than one address per order.

Business Days & Holidays:

All orders process and ship Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. Orders will be shipped according to the chosen shipping method selected. If orders are placed after cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages will not be shipped on the weekends or on the following US holidays.

Here at Philly Hair Healer Products we strive for perfection. In the event that customers are not completely satisfied with a Philly Hair Healer Products purchase for any reason, please view our return/exchange polices below.

GROWTH AND NOURISH OIL  are a non-refundable item. 

Any returned Philly Hair Healer Products  (www.phillyhairhealer.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase. 

All other Philly Hair Healer Products and accessories must be returned, sealed and unused, within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases made can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Philly Hair Healer Products.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction. 

After returning merchandise back to Philly Hair Healer, via mail, we will review your item(s) within 30 days of receiving items. After reviewing the items, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit for the purchase price of the item. Customers who paid with Sezzle or PayPal will receive a full refund back to Sezzle or PayPal account.
